Many conflict of interest situations have arisen in over the last few generations. On e of those conflict of interests is the Pharmaceutical Industries who make a fortune without ever really, or at least very seldom solving a problem.
Sometimes really big institutions start looking an awful lot like all they care about is making money. They spend more money on increasing their profits than they spend concern on the welfare of their customers.
